About Green Port Operator
A private port operator bringing to Port Constanța a liquid products terminal at European standards — flexible, transparent and sustainable.
Who we are
Green Port Operator is developing and will operate a modern liquid products terminal on Plot 36.1, Pier 97, in the river-maritime area of Port Constanța. Our mission is to address a real deficit in storage and handling capacity for imported liquid products — liquid bitumen, biodiesel and liquid fertilizers — through flexible, efficient infrastructure compliant with European requirements.
Unlike existing terminals, predominantly oriented towards petroleum products and operated by state-owned companies, GPO offers a predictable commercial environment, modern technology and the capacity to operate multiple products simultaneously, without technological losses and without the risk of cross-contamination.
